Centre for Rural Education and Development (CRED) strives to empower the underprivileged and the marginalized sections of the society. It works to uplift their social, cultural, political and economic life. It strives to create and induce a platform for Civil Societies where justice and equality could blossom through the practise of Lok Niti. CRED has been working among Women, Dalits, Child Labourers, the under privileged, the poor children, small land Farmers, landless farmers, and slum dwellers of the rural masses from its inception, with active peoples’ participation.
For the past twenty years CRED has been serving the rural poor in order to empower the marginalised by implementing various Government and non-Governmental programmes.
